and the opening Party of Mark Mirrors exhibition!
It was on Sunday, December 1st as we held the opening party of Marks inworld exhibition at LiThO – the tiny Art(ist) Café. A lot of curious and art-interested friends joined the party, danced to the relaxing and moody tunes of LiTo DJ Team and surely enjoyed the art Mark shows.
His artworks show several different sunset-situations. Its a nice contrast to the wintery and snowy scene at the Café, as most of them belong to the warmer season. But not all! There are sunsets immersed in mist and sunsets that let you interpret what time of year they are. But they have all one thing in common: they are beautifil! So get you a ride, enjoy the cozy winter & christmas mood, get yourself some cake and hot cocoa or coffee and dive into your moods.
Marks Biography:
„After many years in SL, in the late summer of 2023, I decided to experiment with SL´s graphics and its abilities to produce interesting photos. After browsing through various sources and SL-photography, I decided to mainly take photos of landscapes and architecture because that niche seemed to be slightly underrepresented and it was a good way to showcase the amazing work of sim- and parcel-creators to the virtual world.
The „purpose“ that I find in taking and sharing those pictures is quite simple: I like, as mentioned before, to show off the amazing work and the talent people put into SL and provide a little „travel guide“ while also playing with angles, light and colours to put a place into a certain mood, the mood I get when I enter and look at a place.“
